New Routines?

It is ironic that the last post was about routines, because they are all changing. I went to Soacha this morning to complete the final adoption. Yeah!! And now the papers are ready for the court. The only problem is the court isn´t ready for me. They are still striking. The plan is that the girls and I will be going to another hotel about one and a half hours away. We need to establish an address in another area so that a different court will take the paperwork. Oscar the lawyer seems to think this will move things along very quickly. Pray that is true. In just a week this has started to feel like home. I like the workers here, the other people, the food and of course the swings. But where we are going is suppose to be more in the country and very beautiful. Everyone is working hard to make things work and I am very grateful for that.
The bad news is no phone to the U.S. and no internet. Therefore this will be the end of my blog for awhile. We should be there about five or six days. Keep the prayers coming! We will be leaving tomorrow morning at eight thirty. We need to pack up tonight.
love to all,
Jeralyn, Angie, and Judy

Jer, Sorry to hear that your routines are changing...especialy the no phone, no blog part. I hope you enjoy your time in the country and this turns out to be just a small glitch in the whole process. We keep praying that God will work out all the details.A verse from Bible study last night comes to mind, "Is anything too hard for the Lord?" Gen.18:14a.
"Hi" to the girls.
God bless, Laur.

Hi Jeralyn,

Wow - what an adventure you are on! I'm praying that Oscar is right and that things move along quickly. Glad that you were able to complete the final adoption - yipee! Well, we are keeping busy here. The boys had a half day today for conferences. The weather here has been beautiful - supposed to be mid-70s tomorrow. My dad had knee replacement surgery yesterday so we went to see him tonight. He's doing great - huge praise! Well, take care. You'll continue to be covered in prayer. Please check in with us when you can again.

Love ya,
Karen

Wow, what an awesome God we have, He is taking you on another adventure and strengthening your family with new trials and small stresses. I pray this change will be a blessing and that you will feel His encouragement and love as you are flexible to this move. We will keep praying and also for the people who are in Bogata and can't move to file or refile papers. Blessings on you and the girls. Gail

Hi Jer!
I'm glad Columbia is starting to feel like home. I remember reading that it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

We will miss hearing from you, but we will pray often for all of you. Here's another verse. Psalm 145:13

"....the Lord is faithful to all his promises and loving
toward all he has made.
Love and prayers, Sheri

I am praying for your court in this new city and know that God has already gone ahead and prepared for you. Can't wait to see you, Hello from all the Friday Night Small Group. Love Gail

Jeralyn,
We are keeping you in prayer. This is certainly a journey that God has put you on for a reason. Living this with your girls is what family is about. Praise God!
In GEMS the girls are excited to hear about your adventure to bring Judy and Angie home. They can't wait to have you back to teach Sunday School!
We look forward to your next addition to the blog!
In Him,
Sue V.

Oh Jeralyn the girls are so cute! I have had the blog up almost all day and have read and shared with almost everyone I work with the power of God and how He is at work in your life and their lives. Wow! The pictures are great. I am glad you had that experience. Take care and know there are so many people praying. Love Gail and the Friday group
